Will the exercises make my penis grow? The lazy man’s guide to penis enlargement at home!

Will exercise make my penis grow? Can I really get big gains from home…or do I need to invest in a pump, pulley, or expensive enlargement product to really get the kind of size I crave? If you are like me when I started my own male enhancement journey, you are probably overwhelmed with options and offers to build a bigger male anatomy. And if I’m being honest… when I started, a lot of the promises were TOO hard to resist. (I wish I knew then… what I know now… 🙂

What I learned along the way was this…

Most male enhancement products on the market don’t work. They don’t work because they are often flawed in both design and execution, as well as flawed in the beginning! The truth about effective enlargement starts with understanding your anatomy…and learning the proper techniques to make it into something you’re truly PROUD to show off…:-)

These techniques, for reasons of simplicity and space, can be summarized as the 3 T’s.

  1. Torque
  2. Strain
  3. Traction

That’s it…and they can all be done manually, through very specific enlargement exercises that have worked for hundreds of years. (literally) They can add size to both your girth (often called girth) and your length, which is the main area most men feel need the most help. (note: women tend to prefer a man who is thicker… RATHER THAN long, although both are optimal… 🙂

I call enlargement exercises the lazy man’s approach to super size…

Because it requires very little of you. If you have 10 minutes a day, 4 or 5 days a week, you can see improvements appear ALMOST instantly. If you’re willing to eat right…and show a little daily discipline, you can see life-changing gains in 30 days or less. (almost without fail)

The biggest lesson I learned on my own was…

To stop believing all the hype. And if something sounded too good to be true (ie gum or cream) it usually was. If you’re facing similar frustrations, or haven’t had any luck with similar products, or just feel down about your size, exercise may be the easiest, most elegant and ALMOST effortless way to change your life (and your body) for the better! !
