How to get a permanent residence for Canada?

This streamlined process is now called Express Entry and applies to all Canadian provinces except Quebec. It helps you apply in all three categories of Canada Experience Class, Federal Skilled Worker, and Federal Skilled Trades.

Federal Skilled Worker – Under this Canada immigration category, you must have 30 hours of work experience each week for a period of 1 year in your home country. If you have been working part time, then this experience must be 15 hours a week for a period of 2 years.
Any potential candidate looking to immigrate to Canada should note that they have to prove this amount of experience and none of their unpaid experience will be included.
Work experience must also be at levels, skill level 0, A and B according to the national occupational classification code of this country. All of this experience must be in the 10 years prior to making your Canadian immigration application.
Canada’s next immigration category is the federal skilled trades under which a candidate is eligible if they can demonstrate proficiency in the French or English languages based on the Canadian Language Benchmark.
The other minimum requirements to obtain this visa are that you must have two years of work experience in a specific skilled trade in the 5 years before you apply for immigration to Canada. Apart from this work experience, you can also have a job offer in Canada for a minimum duration of one year.
Otherwise, it is important to have a qualification certificate issued by an authority in a Canadian territory or province for your previous work experience.
The last category for the Canada immigration application is the Canada experience class: In this category, candidates must have experience in Canada. The candidate must have one year of previous work experience in this country. This experience must be within 3 years prior to applying for Express Entry. The different language skills that are needed for immigration to Canada are at different benchmarks of reading, speaking, listening and writing.
This category of Express Entry applies to those who plan to stay outside of the province of Quebec. If you are approved in the Express Entry pool, you are eligible for a period of one year. Once that time expires, the candidate must create a new Express Entry profile.
